And on Wednesdays We Wear Pink

When I was 12, my bedroom was bubble gum pink.  I hated it (hello adolescences).  I was so over that little girl color, and begged my Mom to paint it a sage green.  Now, sixteen years later I wish I could have a pink bedroom.  There is something about the femininity of this color that just makes anything look pretty. 

Oh, and I'm thinking of doing my wedding colors in shades of pink with white.  Let me know if you see any pretty pink bridesmaid dresses!

A Long Winters Nap

I took a long Winters nap with the blog throughout December and well, till right about now.  I needed to plan as the new year approached, and visualize where I wanted this little blog and website to go. (You should have seen my to-do lists) I have been working, procrastinating, having epiphanies, and planning out my new website and logo design.  Ask Cathy from Love Inspired who is helping me with this project.  She'll tell you.  I'm so grateful to her... as much like my wedding Save the Dates, I cannot decide on anything for my own personal projects.  You really are your biggest critic!

 I have declared 2012 the year of change.  For many reasons, but mostly the new website and blog to come, and oh yea the fact that I'm getting married(!).  I'm not scared about this change.  This is good change. I hope you'll join me in seeing what's to come. Bring it on 2012.
