One of the 400 million amazing things about life is that we always have the ability to chose and change.  We grow and learn every.single.day. How we react, adapt, and chose is not done so by happenstance, it's done so by us and our choices. So as I put on my stretchy pants, and pull my seat up to the thanksgiving table (please pass the mashed potatoes), I am giving thanks to something unusual this year. The blessing of being present in life, and choosing my circumstances.
